Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Technical Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will apply structured project management methods to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and budget alignment.

The role requires strong communication with technical teams and stakeholders, risk management, and disciplined reporting to keep projects on track in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to prepare realistic project plans and monitor scope, schedule, costs, timelines, and quality against agreed expectations.
• Strong communication skills coordinating with stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, and project teams.
• Experience maintaining project documentation, status reports, risk logs, action trackers, and related project files.

Responsabilités

• Define, document, and execute small projects or sub-projects, working independently or as part of a small cross-functional team.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, quality, risk, resources, and communications.
• Track project activities against approved schedules and budgets, escalating or taking corrective action when tolerances are at risk.
• Apply appropriate project management methods, tools, and governance practices to support consistent delivery.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and manage project risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation actions.
• Support the preparation of portfolio, program, and project reports using actual and forecast data.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, files, status updates, and performance measures.
• Implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans, ensuring timely information sharing and issue resolution.
• Collect and use customer and stakeholder feedback to improve communication, engagement, and project effectiveness.
• Generate routine measurement reports, analyze data, and identify improvements to data collection and reporting methods.
