CHEP France is seeking a transformational leader to drive partnerships with France's leading retailers, accelerating growth and asset productivity. You will guide a high-performing team, shape strategic engagement across retail, sustainability and innovation, and deliver measurable business impact.

The role is hybrid with a remote option and French and English fluency required. You will influence France's strategic market and contribute to CHEP’s sustainable supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, Supply Chain, Logistics or Consulting.
• Strong commercial mindset with operational credibility.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change.

Responsabilités

• Build strategic partnerships with national retail accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Account Managers.
• Drive profitability and value creation by aligning CHEP’s capabilities with customer needs.
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute business strategies.
• Provide tailored supply chain solutions to retail partners.
• Lead transformation initiatives, product launches, and service offerings.
• Oversee key performance metrics such as asset productivity, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Manage complex negotiations with retail partners and secure long-term agreements.
