Magellium is seeking a GIS application developer based in the Paris area to work on engaging projects for energy sector clients. You will design and build tools for creating, analyzing, and exploiting geographic data related to energy networks.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in geomatics or computer science and at least 3 years of GIS development experience, with strong Python and PyQGIS skills. Join a team of GIS and software professionals committed to open-source geomatics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in geomatics or computer science (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university; at least 3 years of GIS application development experience.
• Proficient in Python; strong experience with QGIS and PyQGIS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop GIS applications and tools for energy networks using Python, QGIS/PyQGIS, ArcPy and REST APIs.
• Collaborate within a team of developers and GIS experts to deliver robust software for energy sector clients.
