Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure management.
• At least 3 years in senior or staff-level technical leadership roles.
• Strong track record of leading complex technical projects without direct managerial authority.
• Proven ability to make and communicate clear technical trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent required).

Responsabilités

• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Design and evolve fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to balance technical trade-offs with business value.
• Tackle essential work such as stack upgrades and technical migrations.
• Lead the implementation of the new engineering framework.
