HCLTech in Paris, France, is looking for a Linux Production Engineering Specialist to help evolve and optimize operational processes, manage incidents, and drive automation within the IT infrastructure in an Agile and English-speaking environment.

The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, and automation initiatives, with a hybrid work setup in Paris. Strong Linux administration, automation, and Scrum experience are expected for success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Linux systems administration (Red Hat).
• Experience with automation of production processes.
• Incident management (Level 2 and 3).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to evolution of operational processes.
• Manage Level 2 and 3 incidents.
• Implement production standards.
• Develop and implement automation procedures for production.
• Optimize automation processes.
• Support application installations.
• Manage production planning and service quality.
• Resolve operational incidents.
• Manage disk space and magnetic media.
• Oversee backup operations to ensure data integrity and continuity.
• Use scheduling tools (e.g., IWS).
• Use backup software (e.g., Tina, Networker).
