DeepHealth is seeking a Junior System Administrator to support and maintain our core IT systems. You will provide Level 1–2 help desk support, administer enterprise applications, and help ensure availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support or system administration, a degree in CS/IT or equivalent, and hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Office 365, and Active Directory. Hybrid work and cross-team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience as System Administrator or IT Support.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and endpoint management platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests, triaging and resolving common issues.
• Provide second-level support for escalated technical issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support teams and escalate to higher tiers when appropriate.
• Manage and maintain enterprise applications including Slack, Jira, and other business-critical platforms.
• Configure, deploy, and decommission hardware including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate asset tagging and inventory records; support remote and hybrid workers.
