Job summary

Pluxee International in Île-de-France seeks an IT Manager – Controlling & Consolidation to oversee the systems and infrastructure supporting the Controlling and Consolidation team. You will ensure data integration of financial data, automate processes, and align FP&A solutions with business strategy.

You will collaborate with finance and IT to govern data, lead project deliveries for system upgrades, and implement best practices across HFM, ESSBASE, Adaptive, and Power BI while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance or related field.
• 6–8 years of IT management experience in finance/FP&A context.
• Fluent French and English, other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems for Controlling and Consolidation (consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
• Ensure integration with ERP/CRM/BOs and maintain data consistency.
• Lead automation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Govern data security and compliance for financial data.
• Develop and maintain BI/reporting tools for real-time management insights.
