Job summary

Pluxee International is seeking an IT Solution Owner to coordinate the rollout and support of P2P and T&E solutions across 30+ countries. You will own the solutions, drive implementation, and guarantee alignment with functional specs while partnering with Global Process Owner to apply best practices.

The role emphasizes project management, IT integration, and business process understanding, with a hybrid on-site and home-based work arrangement in France/Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, CS, finance, business admin, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management or solution ownership.
• Experience with P2P/T&E or finance integration projects is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with software editors and integrators; liaise with IT stakeholders.
• Orchestrate system integration testing and cutover activities.
• Define project scope, deliverables, changes, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, timescales, and costs; manage risks.
