Job summary

Nespresso in Romont (with occasional mobility to Vevey) offers a Hybrid SPX Data Analytics Internship for 6 months beginning 1 February 2027. You will support data collection, preparation, analysis, modelling and visualization of large datasets and contribute to a predictive modelling project using ML.

You will collaborate with SPX, R&D, Marketing, CMI, E-commerce and IT to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of data science, consumer insights and coffee innovation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong data science and coding skills with Python or R.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, KNIME or similar tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience preparing, analysing, modelling and visualising datasets.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Curious, analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Fluent in English; French or another language is a plus.
• Demonstrates collaboration and continuous learning to create impact.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse, model SPX data to develop a predictive model using ML.
• Support KPI reporting and build dashboards with Power BI or KNIME.
• Perform data-quality checks and improve data-management efficiency.
• Contribute to testing and improving data tools and document methods.
• Present findings to SPX team and R&D stakeholders with clarity.
