Job summary

Parexel in Paris seeks a Clinical Trial Coordinator to support successful delivery of clinical studies from start-up to closure. You will work with Clinical Research Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective trial administration, regulatory compliance, and document management.

Responsibilities include trial budgeting support, study tracking, and budget/payments coordination, with opportunities to grow within clinical research operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in Life Sciences or healthcare field.
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with global and country clinical research guidelines.
• Experience with clinical trial documentation, tracking tools, and eTMF processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in local language and business proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Research Managers and study team through all trial stages.
• Provide trial and site administration and operational support.
• Collaborate with finance and budgeting for study activities.
• Coordinate and support study meeting planning.
• Interact with sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet trial objectives.
• Track and report negotiation activities related to study operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial procedures and maintain study tracking tools.
• Assemble, distribute, and archive clinical trial documentation.
• Assist with electronic Trial Master File reconciliation and payments.
