Job summary

Rehlko Company in France is seeking an Accounting Controller & Compliance to oversee financial reporting under US GAAP, manage closing cycles, and partner with Finance and Operations. This role acts as liaison between Corporate, Shared Services, and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and governance.

You will enforce accounting policies, SOX/ICFR controls, master data governance, and support audits, with a focus on balance sheet integrity and intercompany accounting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial accounting and reporting within complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX/ICFR controls, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience coordinating audits (internal/external) and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Enforce and apply accounting policies; ensure proper revenue recognition and classification in financial statements.
• Govern governance over journal entries, master data, and related compliance controls.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, FP&A, and operations to align accounting with business activities.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely statutory reporting.
