Jobtailor seeks a senior Construction & Commissioning Leader to drive all建设与调试 activities across complex HVDC and EPC projects in France. You will manage tender-to-construction handover, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication, and a strategic yet detail-oriented approach to delivery, risk, and cost control.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related technical discipline.
Proven experience in Construction & Commissioning Management on major infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
Experience delivering HVDC, transmission, substations, or large-scale EPC projects.
Strong construction and site execution background including mobilisation and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
Experience managing contractors, consortium partners, joint ventures, or complex delivery partner environments.
Fluency in English; French or Spanish required; all three advantageous.

Responsabilités

Lead and coordinate all Construction & Commissioning activities across the project lifecycle, from handover through execution and close-out.
Manage the transfer from Tender to Construction, reviewing scope, schedule, budget, risks, opportunities, and execution strategy.
Organise and lead Construction & Commissioning kick-off activities, ensuring project readiness and alignment across key stakeholders.
Drive mobilisation activities and support site execution plans development and implementation.
Coordinate with Site Manager for planning, resource allocation, site infrastructure, and project mobilisation.
Lead constructability reviews and ensure tender-phase strategies are implemented during execution.
Prepare and manage storage, preservation, maintenance, and site-specific spare parts plans.
Manage interfaces with construction partners, contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to support delivery.
Monitor progress, costs, forecasts, and schedule, implementing mitigation and recovery plans.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain awareness of labour laws, permits, licences, HSE requirements, and site certifications.
Collaborate with HSE, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls to achieve objectives.
Coordinate subcontracted activities with Site Subcontract Manager and align with delivery targets.
Manage Non-Budgeted Costs (NBCs) and support financial reporting and forecasting.
Provide regular reporting to Project Director and Construction Management on progress, risks, and actions.
Ensure resources are mobilised effectively across lifecycle balancing performance, schedule, and cost.
Represent site team in home-office activities and facilitate communication between site and leadership.
Coordinate disciplines for safe, efficient, high-quality delivery of project scope.
Ensure HVDC Construction & Commissioning processes and guidelines are implemented.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and constructability reviews.
