Job summary

ProjecTTech in Normandie, France, is seeking an ELV Supervisor to oversee installation works of extra-low voltage systems on a large-scale industrial project. You will ensure compliance with technical requirements, safety, deadlines and quality while coordinating subcontractors on site.

The role requires strong knowledge of ELV systems, ability to read electrical plans, and experience supervising industrial or data center projects.

Qualifications

• Education in electrotechnics or electrical engineering with 2–5 years of higher study.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising ELV works on industrial projects.
• Experience with data centers, commercial or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and monitor progress.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities

Context

As part of the development of our activities in the data center sector, we are looking for an ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Supervisor to oversee the installation works of extra-low voltage systems on a large-scale industrial project. You will ensure the proper execution of the works, compliance with technical requirements, safety, deadlines and quality, while coordinating the various stakeholders on site.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation works of extra-low voltage systems.
• Coordinate subcontracting companies working on site.
• Ensure compliance with the schedule, costs, quality and technical requirements.
• Check the compliance of installations with plans, specifications and applicable standards.
• Participate in site meetings and ensure regular reporting on work progress.
• Identify deviations, propose corrective actions and ensure their follow-up.
• Ensure the application of HSE rules and compliance with safety procedures.
• Ensure the interface between the construction teams, design office, project teams and the various stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, commissioning operations, acceptance and the lifting of reservations.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of extra-low voltage systems: Fire Safety System (FSS), Access control, Video surveillance, VDI networks, Intrusion detection, Public address and intercom systems
• Reading and interpretation of electrical plans and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and knowledge of AutoCAD appreciated.
• Experience in supervising works on industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Professional English enabling work in an international environment.

Candidate Profile

• Education from 2-year to 5-year higher education level in electrotechnics, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) works.
• Experience on industrial, commercial or data center projects appreciated.
• Good ability to coordinate several companies and monitor work progress.
• Sense of organization and ability to manage constraints related to technical construction sites.
