Purpose of Role
Assists HR Manager to lead operation of HR department, providing essential support in employee data management, HR reporting, policy implementation, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- To act as a HR business partner, ensuring adherence to Labor Law / Ordinance.
- To assist managing region / country level HR activities.
- To collaborate with leaders to define and enhance organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- To support the creation of the annual HR Plan in cooperation with business and HQ HR departments.
- To contribute to defining talent requirements, assist Region HR Manager in planning region workforce and talent pipeline in accordance with business strategy.
- To support leaders, provide developmental opportunities to employees that match both current and future business needs.
- To manage recruiting activities.
- To adapt global standards into local policies and procedures, promoting exemplary HR practices.
- To support initiating employee development programs. To collaborate with HQ Learning and Development for the design and delivery of training programs.
- To develop and to implement strategies for employee retention
- To contribute to the employee relations program, including updates to company benefits and organization of company events
- To engage in special assignments and projects as required
- To stay updated on legal changes to ensure compliance and propose internal control standards.
- To provide assistance with monthly Payroll processing and HR reporting
- To facilitate the scheduling of training sessions and ensure all relevant parties are informed
- To assist with onboarding new employees, conducting orientation and exit interviews.
- Take necessary actions for the implementation of processes within the scope of the strategy, participate in training, and comply with company procedures in line with sustainable and innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A total of at least 2 years of total and functionally similar experience
- Experienced in HR Operations, Laws, Reporting and Administration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Native in French / Professional proficiency in English written and spoken
- Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)
