d2m Services is recruiting a Hull Structure Lead Engineer / Project Manager for its affiliate d2m Engineering, part of the STAPEM Offshore Group. The role focuses on hull structural design, calculations, and project coordination for offshore vessels and platforms.

You will lead a team of engineers and draftsmen, ensure technical quality, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients and class societies. English fluency and a master’s degree are required for this permanent role based in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
• At least 10 years of professional experience as a structural engineer.
• Minimum 5 years in a lead or management position.
• Strong knowledge of offshore structures and naval architecture.
• Experience with Class Rules (ABS, BV, DNV) and IMO requirements.
• Fluent English, both standard and technical.
• Experience coordinating interfaces across disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Lead hull structural design and calculations per rules and specs.
• Supervise up to 10 engineers and draftsmen.
• Review technical deliverables for quality across projects.
• Plan schedules and workload for efficient execution.
• Recruit and select engineering partners when needed.
• Coordinate interfaces with Clients, Class societies, and partners.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.
