JLL in Paris is seeking an Account HSSE Advisor to support the EMEA HSSE Lead across a multi‑account portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring the safety of clients, employees and subcontractors and on maintaining compliance with all legal and client requirements.

You will implement HSSE standards for the FMNA portfolio, provide risk management guidance at all levels, report monthly statistics, and collaborate with account teams, vendors and clients to drive improvement and a One Team SAFER

Qualifications

• Experience in HSSE across multi-site portfolios.
• Knowledge of HSW legislation and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate and coach at all levels.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Support the EMEA HSSE Lead with the implementation of HSSE objectives for the accounts.
• Provide guidance on health and safety risk management at all levels and in line with client scope of work.
• Ensure compliance with legal and client requirements and maintain governance.
• Organize data collection and reporting to enable visibility of compliance status across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with account teams, suppliers and vendors to drive HSSE improvements.
