Job summary

Greenvolt Next France seeks a Health and Safety Specialist to implement and monitor HSE standards across photovoltaic project sites in Île-de-France. You will lead risk prevention, regulatory compliance, site inspections, and incident management, collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering with a Master in Occupational Risk Prevention and at least 3 years of PRL experience, plus knowledge

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with three specialties.
• Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Minimum of 3 years of PRL experience.
• Experience in Safety Plans and CAE platforms.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PRL visits and inspections.
• Review risk assessments for different work positions.
• Deliver training and awareness sessions to workers.
• Monitor PRL statistics and preventive activity planning.
• Define, implement and follow up on action plans related to PRL, Environment and Quality.
• Manage documentation of workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate activities with external companies.
• Investigate incidents and report metrics.
• Ensure HSE documentation and compliance with laws and standards.
• Collaborate with local authorities and corporate HSE policies.
