As an HR Business Partner , you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by aligning people strategy with business ambitions. You’ll be the trusted advisor to leaders and managers, supporting them on all people-related topics - from team performance to organizational design - while driving a culture of engagement, impact, and growth.
You’ll work closely with C-level executives, managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results, ensure talent readiness, and help the business scale efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, translating business challenges into actionable HR strategies that drive performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an environment of trust, empowerment, and continuous development - through coaching, feedback, and talent programs.
- Lead and support change management initiatives , helping teams adapt and thrive during periods of transformation and organizational evolution.
- Drive talent management and succession planning to ensure teams have the right capabilities to meet both current and future business needs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (engagement, turnover, performance trends) to anticipate challenges and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding - by implementing efficient, employee-centered processes.
- Champion our culture and values , working as a connector between teams to promote collaboration, well‑being, and a strong sense of belonging.

Your profile :
- Proven experience of 5–8 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally within a high‑growth or tech‑driven environment .
- Solid understanding of organizational design, talent development, and change management , with a hands‑on approach to solving business challenges.
- Strong ability to align HR initiatives with business goals , translating strategy into impactful people actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills , with the capacity to build trusted relationships at all levels — from managers to executives.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving contexts , able to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Data‑driven and analytical mindset , using insights to inform decisions, anticipate trends, and continuously improve people processes.
- Collaborative and structured , thriving in environments where teamwork, adaptability, and autonomy go hand in hand.
- Fluent in French and English , both written and spoken.
