As an HR / Total Rewards, Benefits Technology, you will play a key role in supporting the rollout of a new global benefits platform. This is a project‑based role where you will help create impactful employee‑facing content, test system functionality, support vendor communications, and collaborate closely with HR teams. Your work will directly enhance the employee experience while ensuring that our platform is aligned with stakeholder needs across regions. You’ll also benchmark flexible benefits practices globally to inform strategic decisions and support successful implementation.
This role is a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at Voisins le Bretonneux (78) and will be starting in February.
Ideal rhythm would be 3 days working at Boston and 2 days at University.
