A leading multinational company in Paris is seeking an HR Specialist to manage HR operations and support European operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee records maintenance, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of HR experience and a degree in Human Resources. This role offers an opportunity to impact organizational effectiveness within a dynamic environment.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our growing and broadening European operations. This position partners closely with the US based HR team, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. They will also assist with headcount reporting, performance cycles, and various people-related projects to support Unison’s expanding global team.
Candidates should have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 4 years of HR experience—ideally within a multinational environment. A proactive, resourceful approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently will be key to success in this role.
