Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a HR Payroll Intern for 6 months from September 2025 to February 2026. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Your key missions
  • You will assist in preparing monthly payroll, ensuring accurate data collection and contributing to the overall reliability of payroll operations.
  • You will correct and update time and attendance data (GTA), including monitoring employee clock‑ins, managing absence validations by managers, and ensuring the accuracy of records.
  • You will help manage sick leave cases, by entering medical absences, tracking social security reimbursements (IJSS), and recording relevant documents such as bordereaux.
  • You will input new hires into the payroll system, with a focus on onboarding interns and apprentices during recruitment campaigns.
  • You will prepare end‑of‑contract documents (STC), supporting the team in providing complete and timely off‑boarding files for departing employees.

Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Payroll, Human Resources, or Accounting, and you are eager to develop practical experience in payroll during your internship.
  • You have a strong interest in payroll processes and are curious to discover how HR and finance functions interact in an international environment.
  • You speak French fluently.
  • You have a good command of English, which would be an asset in our multicultural environment.
  • Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school / university.
