Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to join the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team. You will support operations with standard work, build strong partnerships, and coach leaders on PXT practices.

The role requires onsite work at an Amazon facility and involves handling sensitive information, driving employee engagement, and leveraging HR data and tools to improve the workplace experience. With a focus on operational excellence, you will contribute to a culture where employees feel valued

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Support employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, meet SLAs, and document HR processes and interactions.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and handle sensitive information.
• Assist in running feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities).
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and use tools to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT-related data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability and adoption.
