You’ll anchor HR excellence in France and Switzerland, addressing local needs while helping our global HR community evolve and scale for the future.

What You’ll Do
HR Partnership & Employee Support
  • Be the go-to HR partner for France and Switzerland, supporting employees and managers across all people topics.
  • Coach leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Anticipate people needs and bring global HR programs to life locally — from performance reviews and engagement to recognition and development.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships that balance empathy with sound business judgment.
Employee Relations & Compliance
  • Act as the in-house expert on French labor law and employee relations.
  • Manage sensitive topics — performance, discipline, grievances — with transparency, care, and fairness.
  • Lead constructive dialogue with the CSE (Comité Social et Économique) and maintain strong, compliant partnerships.
  • Liaise with legal advisors and external partners as needed.
HR Operations (France & Switzerland)
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, contracts, time off, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
  • Ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and full compliance with local regulations.
  • Support benefits administration and continuously improve HR processes.
Global Collaboration & Total Rewards
  • Provide market insights to shape global compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Support annual salary and bonus review processes, ensuring fairness and clarity.
  • Act as HR systems owner for France and Switzerland — championing data integrity and smooth, consistent processes.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of HR experience in France, ideally in an international or consulting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law and CSE processes; exposure to Swiss employment practices a plus.
  • Proven experience supporting managers and employees across levels and functions.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR systems (Odoo experience a plus).
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on, organized, and solutions-oriented — equally comfortable in the details and in strategic discussions.
  • High emotional intelligence — you listen, connect, and communicate with authenticity and care.
