Job summary

EfficientIP, headquartered in Paris, is seeking an HR Communication & Employer Branding student or intern to join our international HR team. You will contribute to internal and external communications, strengthening EfficientIP's employer brand and culture.

You will craft content for LinkedIn, newsletters and intranet, create visuals with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and support campaigns to attract and engage talent globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Internship or academic project in internal comm or employer branding is a plus.
• Experience creating content for social media channels.
• Strong English writing skills and editorial sense.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and collaboration.

Description

As part of the HR team, you will join an international organization in growth where people are at the heart of our strategy. Your role will be to actively contribute to internal and external HR communications, enhancing our company culture and EfficientIP's employer brand.

You will work closely with HR teams to design and share engaging content, create impactful visual materials and participate in campaigns that strengthen EfficientIP's appeal to both current employees and future talent.

Key Responsabilities

Content & Creation

• Participate in the design and distribution of content (articles, social media posts, newsletters) related to company life and HR topics.
• Contribute to highlighting HR initiatives: onboarding, training, internal mobility, company events and CSR commitments.
• Assist in creating HR communication materials (presentations, infographics, internal communication kits, intranet content).
• Ensure graphic and editorial consistency across all produced materials.

Employer Branding

• Collaborate on communication campaigns related to employer branding, recruitment and quality of work life.
• Propose new ideas to strengthen the company's attractiveness internally and externally.

Performance Analysis & Monitoring

• Participate in analyzing the impact of implemented actions through HR metrics: participation, engagement, feedback and online visibility.

Experience & Background

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Prior experience (internship or academic project) in internal communication, employer branding or HR communication is a plus.
• Familiarity with content creation for social media (LinkedIn in particular) and internal platforms (intranet, newsletters).

Soft Skills

• Excellent writing skills in English, with a creative and engaging editorial style.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and a proactive mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of visual aesthetics.
• Team spirit and ease collaborating across departments.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for HR topics and company culture.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of social media management tools is a plus.
• Sensitivity to analytics tools (engagement metrics, reporting) is appreciated.
• Good use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to optimize productivity and creativity — while maintaining critical thinking and ethical approach.

Education

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
