HR Business Partner – Labor Law & Employee Relations (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to managers and employees, providing proactive guidance on a wide range of HR and personnel‑related matters, including labor law topics.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of key HR processes such as the annual performance‑management cycle, salary and bonus reviews, and personnel planning.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and support selected phases of the recruitment process, contributing to a strong employer brand in the region.
- Participate in cultural development activities, change‑management efforts, and team workshops, bringing in fresh perspectives and ideas to enhance organizational culture.
- Utilize HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to analyze and interpret HR data, delivering actionable insights to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain close cooperation with local HR colleagues, the HR Operations team, and subject‑matter experts across EMEA (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation).
- Attend social meetings with staff representative bodies (trade unions, CSE/Works Council, Health & Safety commissions). Draft agendas with the WC Secretary, consolidate required documents for monthly and annual consultations (e.g., Strategic Guidelines, Financials, NAO), and foster constructive social dialogue.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in HR (e.g., as an HR Coordinator or Junior HR Business Partner).
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with strong organizational abilities and preference for working independently in a dynamic, agile environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Extensive experience navigating French labor law, especially in collaboration with works councils and unions.
- Strong interest in international collaboration and excellent communication skills in both French and English.
