A global leader in animal health seeks an HR Business Partner to support operational teams across Angers and Cholet campuses. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Human Resources, proven HR experience in an industrial setting, and strong knowledge of labor laws. Responsibilities include recruitment, talent management, and facilitating social dialogue. This role may require weekly travel between campuses.

Location: Angers and Cholet (shared times across both sites)
Reporting to the Industrial HRBP and working closely with the two Campus Directors, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and deploying the Group’s HR strategy on the ground. You will be a member of the management committees of both campuses under your scope.
This role involves weekly travel between the Angers and Cholet campuses, with occasional trips to other CEVA sites in France. Remote work is possible on an exceptional basis.
