Yourmissions:

Location: Angers & Cholet (shared times across both sites)

Reporting to the Industrial HRBP and working closely with the two Campus Directors, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and deploying the Group’s HR strategy on the ground. You will be a member of the management committees of both campuses under your scope.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a close HR partner to site managers and employees (approximately 210 employees across both sites). You also serve as a strategic business partner to your Campus Directors.
  • Lead HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, talent and career management, training, mobility, development reviews, succession planning, disciplinary procedures, etc. You are responsible for the annual HR cycle across both campuses and for compliance with applicable processes.
  • Support organizational transformations and continuous improvement projects across both sites.
  • Facilitate social dialogue with employee representative bodies (monthly CSE and CSE SSCT meetings for both campuses, negotiations of company agreements with union representatives, annual compensation reviews, employee savings schemes, working time arrangements, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, social climate) and propose action plans when necessary.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects at Corporate level.
Yourprofile:
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources (Master’s degree or equivalent).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an HRBP or HR Manager/Specialist in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social relations.
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands‑on approach and results orientation.
  • Leadership, diplomacy, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Pragmatism, agility, and respect are among your core qualities.
  • Understanding of financial KPIs at campus level.
  • Demonstrated management skills, whether direct or functional.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This role involves weekly travel between the Angers and Cholet campuses, with occasional trips to other CEVA sites in France. Remote work is possible on an exceptional basis.
