Limagrain recherche un HR Business Partner Senior pour piloter les sujets RH au sein des équipes Sales et Marketing à l’échelle EMEA. Vous serez l’interlocuteur principal pour l’équipe de direction commerciale et le Head of Sales EMEA, en lien étroit avec le management Marketing, et coordonnerez le soutien RH pour les fonctions support.

Vous dirigerez une équipe locale et collaborerez avec les filiales et zones Export, afin d’assurer un cadre RH efficace, multiculturel et conforme aux pratiques

Qualifications

• Partenariat et influence au niveau managérial senior.
• Conduire les cycles RH et le développement des talents.
• Expérience internationale et coordination d'équipes RH.
• Connaissance du droit du travail français et relations sociales.
• Maîtrise du français et anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Responsabilités

• Être partenaire RH pour l'équipe commerciale et marketing à l'échelle EMEA.
• Coordonner le soutien RH pour les fonctions support et encadrer une équipe de deux personnes.
• Conduire les processus d'évaluation, de mobilité interne et de planification des talents.
• Assurer les relations sociales et le dialogue social dans un cadre multiculturel.
• Travailler en lien avec les filiales Espagne, Turquie, Algérie et le Moyen-Orient.

We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner - Sales, Marketing & Support Functions EMEA to partner our commercial and marketing leadership across the region. You will be the HR Business Partner for the EMEA Sales Management Team, the principal HR interlocutor of the EMEA Head of Sales, and the HR partner of the Marketing leadership, translating business and people priorities into concrete, high-impact actions.

The role combines strategic business partnering across the Sales and Marketing organizations with the coordination of HR support for the support functions, leading a team of two: a Support Functions HR Coordinator in France and a local HR in Italy; while staying close to field and leadership teams day to day.

You will operate through a functional link with the subsidiaries (Spain, Turkey, Algeria) and the Export zone (Middle East), in close collaboration with the broader EMEA HR community.

Vos Missions

1. Strategic HR Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted HR partner and business partner for the Sales & Marketing management Team
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational topics, team effectiveness, and leadership capability
• Support managers and leaders in their decisions, and constructively challenge them to strengthen leadership effectiveness
• Stay close to field and operational teams to build trust and support daily challenges

2. People & Talent Development

• Lead key HR cycles: People Review, merit review, performance management
• Support recruitment and onboarding across Sales, Marketing and support functions
• Drive a strong talent mindset, including succession planning and development of critical commercial roles
• Guide employees in their development pathways and internal mobility

3. Employee Relations & Social Climate

• Maintain a positive social climate across your scope and handle Employee Relations matters with fairness and confidentiality
• Contribute to social dialogue and work with employee representatives where applicable
• Ensure fair and consistent people practices across the different countries and cultures in scope

4. EMEA Coordination & Team Support

• Animate and coordinate the HR support for your scope, working closely with the Support Functions HR coordinator and the local HR in Italy, supporting their development and day-to-day effectiveness
• Ensure a functional HR link with the subsidiaries (Spain, Turkey, Algeria) and the Export zone (Middle East), ensuring locally compliant and culturally relevant practices
• Act as a senior member of the broader EMEA HR community and share best practices
• Support cross-country people initiatives and ensure alignment across the Sales, Marketing and support-functions population

5. HR Processes & Continuous Improvement

• Use HR data and systems to support decisions and continuously improve people processes
• Contribute to digital HR transformation projects and tools
• Support engagement and culture initiatives (D&I, feedback culture, change management)

Experience & qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Labor Law, or a related field; HR certification a plus
• 5+ years of HR generalist / HRBP experience
• Strong international profile
• Proven experience managing or coordinating HR professionals across different locations
• Fluent French & advanced English; an additional language is a strong plus given the international scope
