Körber Pharma is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations and act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. You will drive workforce engagement, talent development, and organizational success across the plant.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with business objectives and growth. Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience across HR disciplines including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience in manufacturing and printing environment preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement the company culture, values, and policies.
• Grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates.
• Promote employee advancement and recognition efforts.
• Advocate for employee retention and development (maintain and improve the apprenticeship program).
• Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records.
• Manage the New Hire Orientation Process.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Participate in investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
• Remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Exhibit excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Work accurately with attention to detail.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills including e-mail, Excel, and word processing.
• Interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with workforce and HR resources.

Your profile

• You have obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline.
• You have gained at least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse workforce.
• Decisive and self-confident.
• Payroll experiencepreferred.
• Bilingual(English and Spanish) Preferred.
