A leading human resources firm is seeking an HR Assistant to manage employee files, oversee onboarding processes, and compile HR data. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in HR support. Advanced Excel skills are required, alongside excellent interpersonal abilities. The position is based in Paris with the option for partial remote work.

HR Assistant

Sector: Energy | Permanent Contract (CDI), CDIC, or Independent Contractor | Location: La Défense or Yvelines with partial remote work

Main responsibilities
  • Personnel administrative management: creating and maintaining employee files, handling contract amendments, and tracking absences.
  • Monitoring of staff and subcontractors boarding / disembarking vessels.
  • Compiling various personnel data from multiple sources for HR tracking and reporting.
  • Managing and supporting processes related to international mobility (expatriate management, assignment support).
Required profile
  • Higher education degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Administrative Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar position (HR support, personnel administration, recruitment), ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Advanced mastery of Excel (databases, reporting, dashboards).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and strictly confidential.
  • Professional English (spoken and written).
