AMD’s GENCI Center of Excellence (COE) seeks a HPC and AI Computational Scientist/Engineer to optimize scientific computing applications for AMD GPU platforms. You will port, test, and tune large-scale workloads, collaborating with academic and industry teams, and supporting distributed customers in Paris, France.

Ideal candidates have deep HPC performance expertise, GPU programming with CUDA/HIP, MPI, OpenMP, and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in HPC/AI or related field.
• 5+ years of HPC and/or AI GPU experience in research or industry.
• Strong expertise in GPU programming and performance optimization.
• Fluent in French and English communications.

Responsabilités

• Develop, port, and optimize HPC software for AMD hardware.
• Collaborate with the GENCI COE team to solve customer issues.
• Represent AMD to customers and partners, advocating for users.
