Job summary

H Company is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to own the GPU compute powering our model training, evaluation and serving systems. You’ll run Kubernetes clusters, manage GPU nodes, and collaborate with research, product and platform teams in a hybrid Paris/London setup.

You’ll design scalable GPU compute, debug OS and driver issues, and optimize scheduling and capacity with cloud providers, while delivering reliable performance across training and inference workloads.

Qualifications

• GPU workloads on Kubernetes experience.
• Ability to design a GPU cluster for training and RL.
• OS-level debugging across Linux, GPU drivers, networking and storage.
• Strong Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Running Kubernetes clusters for GPU training and inference
• Improving how GPU work is scheduled and placed
• Detecting, draining and repairing unhealthy GPU nodes
• Managing capacity with our cloud providers
• Debugging failures in GPUs, Linux, storage and networking
