Langley Hotel Tango in the French Alps is seeking a hands-on Hotel Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background to lead a fast-paced alpine operation and guest journey.
You will manage daily hotel functions, optimise restaurant and bar performance, and guide an international seasonal team to deliver outstanding service and commercial results in a vibrant setting.
Do you want to lead a vibrant alpine hotel where skiing, guest experience and great Food & Beverage are at the heart of the operation?
Langley Hotel Tango is located in one of the most attractive ski areas in the French Alps. Our international guests come for active days in the mountains, personal service and relaxed evenings in our restaurant and bar.
We are now looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager with solid experience from Food & Beverage. You may come from a restaurant, bar, resort or seasonal hospitality background, and you know how to create energy and strong guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the daily hotel operation, with focus on developing and optimising our restaurant, bar, service flow, upselling and overall guest experience.
You will lead an international seasonal team and ensure that both guests and staff experience Langley's personal, active and welcoming service culture. You are visible in the operation, close to your team and comfortable working towards clear goals for sales, quality, guest satisfaction and cost control.
Experience from reception and housekeeping is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your strong F&B background, your commercial drive and your ability to create a great guest journey from breakfast to après-ski, dinner and bar.
You will join Langley, a family-owned international hospitality group with hotels and resorts in the French Alps, the Austrian Alps, Corsica and Guadeloupe.
We offer a seasonal position in one of the most attractive ski destinations in the French Alps, with the possibility of a long-term collaboration and future development within Langley.
We look forward to receiving your application.
