Job summary

Well Care Health seeks a field-based representative to implement the sales and marketing plan in their territory, build relationships with referral sources, and educate physicians and the community about Hospice services, while representing the agency at community events.

You will work with the Regional Manager of Business Development to meet admissions targets, manage schedules, and stay current on Medicare/Medicaid guidelines; travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Three years sales/marketing experience in health care.
• HS Diploma; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• LPN or RN license preferred if health system based.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
