Neilsoft is seeking a Highway/Roadways Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team. The role is based at our Pune office with work on overseas projects; Swedish projects are preferred. Location: Any/WFH; Qualification: B.E./M.E. (Civil); Experience: 2–6 years.

The successful candidate will handle highway/roadway design, prepare reports and drawings, lead CAD teams, and ensure compliance with international standards. Send your resume to [e-mail] with the job code.

Qualifications

• Experience with civil infrastructure and international road projects.
• Hands-on with highway geometry and junction design.
• Proficiency with Civil3D/OpenRoads and CAD tools.
• Ability to meet tight schedules.
• Experience with Euro Code/DMRB/AASHTO or other international standards.

Responsabilités

• Geometric Design of Highways and Roadways Alignments, Corridor Design, and Junction Design.
• Prepare Reports, Specifications, and other deliverables for Highway Schemes of overseas Projects.
• Produce Designs and Construction Drawings for different project stages using relevant standards.
• Deliver engineering designs in line with client requirements.
• Provide direction to CAD Team Members for Detailed Engineering Drawings.
• Ensure designs, calculations and drawings meet technical quality standards.
• Support Senior Engineers in delivering infrastructure projects.
• Assist Team Lead in Proposal Preparation and Project Presentations.
