Neilsoft is seeking an Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team for challenging international projects. The role focuses on wet utilities design across water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, with exposure to advanced software like WaterGEMS and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

The position requires 2–6 years of experience, a BE degree with a preferred Master’s in Water Resources or Environmental Engineering, and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher with preferred Master’s in Water Resources/Environmental Eng.
• 2–6 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.

Responsabilités

• Design wet utilities infrastructure for international projects including pumping stations, networks (gravity and pumped), storage reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
• Work on drainage and watercourse management, stormwater facilities, and water resource planning.
• Deliver engineering projects in a consulting environment with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform analysis for storm water management and sewer networks using standard software.
• Support in preparing reports, technical writing, and client communications.

Role Summary

Neilsoft is currently seeking a dynamic Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team at our Pune office, working on various International Projects. Experience with Swedish Project is preferred.

Location: Any/WFH

Qualification: B.E. (Master’s in Water Resources Engineering or Environmental Engineering preferred)

Experience: 2-6 Years

Experience and Responsibilities

• Design wet utilities related infrastructure for various Water Sector assets for international projects including Pumping Stations, Networks (gravity and pumped), Storage Reservoirs, Treatment (potable water or wastewater), and other Wet Utilities as part of Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Transportation, Retail, Healthcare, and Education projects.
• Have experience in wet utility design associated with Water, Storm Water Management, Sewerage, and Water Resource Planning projects.
• Engineering project delivery in a consulting environment.
• Drainage applications – design and analysis of storm water management facilities, storm sewers, and watercourses.
• Watercourse management including erosion control, water quality, slope stability, and natural channel design.
• Knowledge of designing sanitary sewer systems and water distribution systems is an asset.
• Good analytical, communication (verbal, written, technical writing), reporting, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of modelling software such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, StormCAD, PCSWMM, HEC-HMS, HY8, CulvertMaster, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil 3D drafting/design.
• Strong interpersonal skills, hardworking, enthusiastic team player, willing to learn and adapt.
