A leading international industrial group is seeking a high-potential Supply Chain Manager to drive global transformation strategies. The role involves optimizing processes, deploying Lean programs, and contributing to innovative projects across regions. Candidates should have about 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to the automotive industry, and must possess strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of another European language is a plus.

High-Potential Supply Chain Manager – Global Strategy & Transformation

Are you ready to take on a strategic and transformative Supply Chain role within a leading international industrial group ,major global tier one automotive ?

We are seeking a high-potential Supply Chain Manager to help shape and execute the Group’s global transformation strategy — driving performance, efficiency, and change across a complex, multicultural, and matrix organization.

In close partnership with senior functional leaders, you will contribute to global initiatives & projects that connect strategy with execution : rethinking processes, deploying Lean programs, optimizing end-to-end flows, and building a stronger, simpler, and more resilient global supply chain.

This role offers broad international scope , cross-functional exposure , and visibility at Group level. It calls for agility, analytical strength, and the ability to turn strategic vision into measurable results — across regions and time zones.

Target profile

a mix of High Potential, High Performer, and Ambitious professional , with around 10 years of experience in supply chain management within a global industrial environment, with at least one significant experience in a reference automotive player , excellent communication and influencing skills, with a broad view / vision and a strong appetite for learning and growth
