Softway Medical is building a new data platform in France to unify and enhance healthcare data. We focus on unstructured patient data, data models, ingestion pipelines, and governance to support research and care improvement.

Join a group committed to data quality, compliance with ISO 27001, and cross-functional collaboration. You will contribute to standardizing data, implementing transformations, and delivering reliable metrics across the data warehouse.

Qualifications

• Contribute to selecting data models to standardize structured and unstructured patient data.
• Design, implement and orchestrate ingestion pipelines from sources to reference vocabularies and standards.
• Develop and optimize transformations, compute aggregates, and produce statistics and indicators.
• Create data quality metrics and contribute to the technical-functional documentation of processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of tools for data transformation, querying and orchestration.
• Help establish data operation best practices within the data platform.
• Process personal health data with confidentiality and integrity per ISO 27001.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to selecting data models used to standardize and leverage structured and unstructured data from patient records and other data sources.
• Design, implement and orchestrate ingestion pipelines for the data platform from sources to national reference vocabularies and international standards.
• Develop and optimize transformations, compute aggregates, and produce statistics and indicators.
• Create data quality metrics and contribute to the technical-functional documentation of processes.
• Contribute to the implementation and evaluation of tools for data transformation, querying and orchestration.
• Help establish data operation best practices within the data platform.
