Your role & responsibilities
You will oversee Sysnav’s growth in the healthcare market, driving strategic client acquisition and building high-impact partnerships that scale our business. From prospecting to closing high-value deals, you will be the engine that accelerates our sales, expands our market presence, and positions Sysnav Healthcare as the go-to solution for clinical trials.
More precisely, your responsibilities include:
- Growing: Qualifying, developing, and closing key-strategic deals with international companies, meeting with prospects to acquire new clients, providing competition analysis & learning…
- Go-to-market strategy: Deploying the strategy and working cross-functionally to ensure messaging alignment, operational coordination, and evangelization of the strategy.
- Offer Development: understanding the clients' needs, setting the terms of collaboration, making an initial offer
- Contracting: leading NDA negociation, quote elaboration, MSA negotiations, task orders negociation, handover to program
- Program & process improvement: Reflecting and reporting on sales effectiveness to recommend program adjustments and product strategy evolution as necessary. All ideas are welcome!
- Reporting: Implementing disciplined approach to managing sales activity (including sales pipeline management, individual opportunity management, sales forecasting), analyzing and understanding the needs of prospects and customers and feeding information back to Sysnav’s management

You will report to the Healthcare Partnerships Lead.
Who we are looking for:
Recently graduated (0-2 years of experience), you have:
- A Master’s degree in business administration from a Tier 1-2 Business Management School or an engineering degree from a Tier 1-2 Engineering School.
- A strong interest in the medical field, for the pharmaceutical industry and/or the digital health.
- A passion for understanding clients/prospects and their problems.
- Proven negotiation abilities, closing commercial deals and partnerships.
- A willingness to propose news ideas
- Exceptional skills around self-organization and communication (orally and in writing)
- Full fluency in English & French.
A third language is a plus (Spanish, Japanese, Arabic…), as well as a double degree in Business and Life Science.

Location
SYSNAV's head office is located in Vernon (27), directly accessible from Paris St Lazare train station.
You will be required to be present in our head office two days a week (Monday and Thursday), and the rest of the week you can work in our Paris offices or remotely (one day per week).
