Zusammenfassung

ABB in the US is seeking an HSE-focused professional to lead incident reporting, investigations support, and risk mitigation. You will drive feedback loops and lessons learned across ABB units while advancing safety programs and behavioral improvements onsite at the Jonesboro, AR Manufacturing Facility.

Qualifications include a health/safety or environmental degree with manufacturing HSE experience; certifications are a plus, and eligibility to work in the US is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Health/Safety or Environment with 2+ years of experience or equivalent
• Proven track record in a manufacturing HSE team
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and international standards
• Prior experience in manufacturing settings is required
• Electrical Safety Program knowledge is a plus
• Change Management experience is a plus
• Certifications such as CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP are nice to have
• Authorization to work for ABB in the US is required

This position reports to:

HSE Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
• Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
• Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
• Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

The work model for the role is onsite in our Jonesboro, AR Manufacturing Facility. #LI-Onsite

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor degree in Health/Safety or Environment with 2+ years of experience OR Associate degree with 4+ years HSE experience OR HS diploma/GED with 6+ years HSE experience
• Proven track record in working in a manufacturing environment as a member of the HSE (or equivalent) team
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance including local HSE regulations and knowledge of most widely used international standards
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is required
• Knowledge of Electrical Safety Program Implementation is a plus
• Change Management experience is a plus
• Professional Certifications (CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP) are nice to have
• Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US
