Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to evaluate and improve AI systems for healthcare. Your domain expertise will shape how AI analyzes clinical data, workflows, and reporting.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI outputs, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with global research teams to advance healthcare AI.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical soundness, and practical relevance
• Apply your EHR and health data expertise to assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, reporting, and health information systems
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in AI responses involving healthcare data, terminology, and processes
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help train and improve AI models used in healthcare contexts
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Familiar with health information standards and clinical/administrative workflows
• Able to evaluate technical healthcare content with precision and clarity
• Clear written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analyticsFamiliarity with tools such as Epic, Cerner, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Prior exposure to AI or machine learning workflows
