Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst for AI training. This remote hourly contract role involves reviewing security policies, evaluating controls, and shaping how AI systems reason about governance, risk, and compliance.

You will work asynchronously on your own schedule (10–40 hours/week), analyzing frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST, and providing precise feedback to improve AI performance. Prior GRC experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to evaluate AI-generated responses
• Classify and assess compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
• Familiar with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
• Comfortable reading, interpreting, and reasoning through policy and audit documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
• Able to work independently and deliver high-quality structured feedback

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in security auditing, third-party risk, or information security management
• Familiarity with how AI systems are trained or evaluated
