Job summary

AXA Group Operations in Paris seeks a Health Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to define and drive an enterprise health information security program, aligning with global standards and regulatory requirements.

You will lead across health entities, manage risk, and influence budgets and strategies, ensuring secure data handling, architecture, and governance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in Information Security with at least 5 in a senior leadership role.
• Healthcare security experience with data protection and relevant compliance rules.
• Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Govern: develop and communicate a clear health information security vision, risk appetite, and policies.
• Identify: lead risk assessment and mitigation for health data, EHR, devices and systems.
• Protect: oversee implementation of controls and secure architectures aligned with group standards.
• Detect & Respond: ensure capabilities to detect incidents and advise during major security events.
• Lead & Influence: lead SME communities, influence health security budget and culture.
