Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Healing Touch Practitioner to provide compassionate care and healing touch techniques guided by patient concerns and clinician assessment.

You will document plans of care the same day and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment. The role requires completion of the HTI Healing Touch Certificate Program and HTCP certification, with no prior experience required and strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of the HTI Healing Touch Certificate Program.
• Healing Touch Practitioner Certification (HTCP) required.
• No experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs healing touch techniques guided by patient concerns and provider assessment, including non‑verbal patients.
• Demonstrates clinical reasoning with skills to assess and plan patient care and evaluates healing touch effectiveness.
• Ensures treatment area and equipment meet sanitation, hygiene, safety, and Universal Precautions standards.
• Documents therapy actions and care plans the same business day as services rendered.
• Delivers age‑appropriate care as described in department policies and standards.
