Our client, a contemporary luxury fashion brand, is seeking an experienced Head of Wholesale EMEA to lead and expand its wholesale operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of regional markets, strong relationships with premium wholesale partners, and a passion for growing brand presence through strategic distribution.

Overview

As the Head of Wholesale EMEA , you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional wholesale strategy. You will oversee existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with global objectives to drive sustainable growth and elevate brand positioning across key markets.

This role requires a results-oriented professional with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong grasp of the EMEA wholesale landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and implement the EMEA wholesale strategy to achieve annual and long-term growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the brand’s footprint across key territories.
  • Align regional initiatives with global commercial and brand strategies.
Wholesale Management
  • Manage relationships with department stores, multi-brand boutiques, and online partners across EMEA.
  • Negotiate seasonal budgets, terms, and deliveries in collaboration with global and regional teams.
  • Ensure partners uphold brand standards, merchandising guidelines, and seasonal positioning.
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive seasonal sell-in and sell-through performance to meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and PR teams to optimize market visibility and brand consistency.
  • Analyze market data and performance metrics to inform strategy and maximize profitability.
Operational Excellence
  • Oversee showroom operations and seasonal market appointments to ensure a premium experience.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient account management.
  • Maintain close contact with partners through market visits and performance reviews.
Profile
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Extensive experience in wholesale management within fashion, luxury, or contemporary brands.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and solution-oriented capabilities.
  • Skilled communicator and team collaborator with cross-functional experience.
  • Highly organized, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Additional Information
  • Reports directly to the Global Wholesale Director.
  • Paris-based (relocation supported if required).
  • Competitive salary of €120,000 plus bonus.
