Job summary

Qualifications

• MD and/or PhD in Medicine or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven Medical Affairs experience within multinational pharmaceutical organizations.
• Deep understanding of relevant disease areas and clinical practice.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, team development, and performance management.
• Strong customer-facing experience and people management expertise within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Commercial awareness combined with strategic thinking and an innovation mindset.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to compliance.
• Strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to align decisions to broader organizational objectives.
