K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & DevOps to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of a fast-growing NoCode, Data & AI infrastructure. This remote role includes 1-2 days per month in Paris, with the opportunity to shape the future infrastructure of a cutting-edge platform.

You will lead DevOps practices, optimize CI/CD, and secure high-availability across SaaS and On-Premise deployments, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems, or DevOps engineering.
• Fluent in French and able to operate in a French-speaking market.
• Strong experience managing high-traffic SaaS environments.

We are looking for a Head of Infrastructure & DevOps to join a fast-growing French tech company specialized in NoCode, Data & AI solutions. You will work on high-traffic SaaS and On-Premise platforms with major challenges around scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

Location: Full remote (with 1-2 days/month in Paris)

Experience: 10+ years required

Your Mission:

As Head of Infrastructure & DevOps, you will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure ecosystem.

You will play a key role in structuring and scaling DevOps practices while supporting the company’s growth and innovation in AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Scalability

• Design, evolve, and maintain distributed and highly scalable infrastructure
• Optimize performance across SaaS and On-Premise environments
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and business continuity

DevOps & Automation

• Structure and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes
• Implement DevOps best practices and infrastructure standards

Reliability, Observability & Security

• Guarantee platform reliability, monitoring, and observability
• Strengthen infrastructure and deployment security
• Implement logging, alerting, and incident response processes
• Manage and industrialize customer On-Premise deployments
• Support technical integration and deployment challenges
• Ensure deployment quality and operational stability
• Contribute to AI-driven infrastructure and automation initiatives
• Participate in architectural and strategic technical decisions
• Continuously improve platform efficiency and scalability

Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Systems, or DevOps engineering
• Fluent in French
• Strong experience managing high-traffic SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of scalability, security, and distributed systems
• Experience with complex production and On-Premise deployments
• Strong automation and infrastructure-as-code mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-growth environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with hybrid SaaS / On-Premise architectures
• Exposure to AI, Data, or automation-related environments
• Previous experience in scale-ups or rapidly growing tech companies
