Qualifications

• Degree or Master 2 in a relevant field and 10+ years in a technical environment.
• Experience with information systems, governance and AI use cases.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and IT governance.
• Familiarity with GitLab and DevOps for deployment orchestration.
• Ability to communicate with technical, scientific and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technical English.

Define, implement and oversee the Institute's IT strategy
Develop and steer the information systems (IS) strategy aligned with the Institute's scientific, technological and economic priorities
Identify relevant technological trends and anticipate their impact on activities
Provide support to experimental platforms and scientific teams
Ensure the operational continuity and maintenance of the IS
Manage outsourcing contracts and monitor SLAs
Enforce the IT security policy
Prepare investment budgets and maintain the IS mapping

Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or Master 2 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent
• More than 10 years' experience in a highly technical environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft environments and hybrid infrastructures (Windows and Linux operating systems)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management and IT governance
• Experience with data classification and data lifecycle; AI use cases
• Familiarity with GitLab and DevOps for deployment orchestration
• Experience managing service providers, budgeting, project management and change management
• Ability to communicate with technical, scientific and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in technical English
