Role Description
As a Senior HRBP Manager, you will be a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across portfolio companies in your region, shaping HR direction in line with business priorities. You will lead organisational design and workforce planning, oversee change management initiatives, and provide strategic guidance on succession and talent. Acting as an escalation point for complex HR matters, you will ensure consistent HR governance and alignment across the region. A key part of your role will be leading and developing the HRBP team, while serving as a bridge between business needs and global HR CoE programs.
Role & Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver HR strategies that enable growth, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Lead workforce analysis, role design, and planning initiatives to ensure the business has the right capabilities for the future and to support business objectives.
Change Management: Oversee restructures, transformation projects, cultural change initiatives and Oversight of M&A and integrations.
Employee Relations: Manage escalations of high risk employee relation cases and act as the point of contact for senior level disputes and legal matters.
Stakeholder Advisory: Provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders, aligning people strategy with business objectives and priorities.
Succession Planning: Embed succession processes and guide leadership teams in identifying, developing, and retaining key talent.
Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to identify trends, measure impact of HR initiatives, and support data led decision making and recommendations.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure policies, frameworks and practices are applied consistently and in line with legal requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure strong delivery and career growth.
Skills & Experience Required
8+ years in senior HR business partnering or strategic HR leadership roles.
Proven experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading transformation/change initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR teams.
Proficiency in people analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
HR Certification strongly preferred, experience with Workday desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in financial services, professional services, or comparable complex corporate/scale up environments.
