Job summary

Limagrain Field Seeds (LFS) seeks a Head of HR to drive the people and organizational agenda in line with Group HR policies, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. Reporting to the LFS CEO with a dotted line to the Group HRD, the role leads a network of Territory HR Directors, HR Business Partners and specialists.

This position is based in Saint-Beauzire, France, with regular travel to the office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR management experience in an international environment.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical people actions.
• Experience in M&A people integration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Oversee organizational reviews, workforce planning and competency development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture improvements.
• Support transformation efforts and 2030 Ambition alignment.
• Coach LFSEC members and support leadership development.
